We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, although we will make every effort to fullfil your request.　Please made your order 2 days ahead to avoid disappointment.

If you need a delivery on Sunday, please place your order 2 days ahead and we will arrange.

Seasonal Availability

Some seasonal flowers shown in the website may not be available at a certain period. Therefore, we might substitute similar style of flowers with equal or greater value. We strive to make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

Change / Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of orders are accepted up to two days before the delivery day. A refund of 90% of the grand total will be returned within 2 business days subsequently. For credit card refund payment, it takes normally 2-3 weeks for the credit processor to refund to your credit card company.

All orders made will be confirmed by us within 24 hrs.
