Fleur.hk respects personal data and are committed to full implementation and compliance with the data protection principles and all relevant provisions of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. In doing so, we will ensure that staff involving handling personal data comply with the strictest standards of security and confidentially.
USES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
No personal information will be collected in the app nor send to Fleur Hong Kong's online infrastructure.
STATEMENT OF POSSIBLE TRANSFEREES
Please know that Fleur.hk is not in the business of selling customer information.
All iOS apps and website infrastructure from Fleur Hong Kong are secured with SSL on all information transport. All SSL connections are conformed to TLS 1.0., encrypted using AES_256_CBC, with SHA1 for message authentication and DHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.
All server backend handling the iOS app is firewalled and constantly patched to the latest version to minimize the chances of unauthorized data hacking and leakage.
Collection of Computer Data
When you use the CW Keyboard from Fleur Hong Kong, our company servers may record information the usage information of the app. This data may include:
- Your device's IP address
This information is collected for analysis and evaluation in order to help us improve the app and the services and products we provide. This data will not be used in association with any other personal information.
As part of the above, Fleur.hk may use Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising, including but not restricted to the following: Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. Using the Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads), you can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads.
CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
The Fleur.hk Data Privacy Policy Statement may be updated from time to time so please check this statement periodically. In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
