Ficus Cyathistipula isalso called African Fig. It has dense, luscious, deep green foliage with large, leathery leaves. It is a vigorous species of Ficus and can tolerate dry air and shady conditions better than others.

The large, leathery leaves of this lush-looking house plant clothe the upright, branching stems throughout the year. A tough and undemanding plant (provided it is not overwatered), it tolerates lower light levels than many of the others, so it's ideal for north-facing rooms.
