Question 1: How can I see what's up with my order?

Answer:  There are a few ways:

  1. Click Track your delivery available on everypage
  2. Or, login to your Fleur.hk account, and you will see your order history.

Question 2: Can I get an invoice or receipt for my order?

Answer: You can do that even if your order is completed! :

  1. Just clicked a link in the confirmation email with your order.
  2. If you order with a Fleur membership account, you can sign-in to the members area.
Yes, contact us anytime, if you need a paper invoice. Fleur Hong Kong can send paper invoice to anywhere in the world served by the Universal Postal Union.

Question 3: How can I order your beautiful items to different addresses?

Answer: It is real easy! Just place a separate order for each address.

Question 4: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Answer: Fleur.hk values its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security.

We use the highest grade encryption technology, to ensure that all transactional information is protected. Transactional information includes credit card details, personal contact information, and other order delivery information.

Also, Fleur.hk does not store your credit card information when your order is completed. You are welcome to see our Privacy Policy for further details.

Moreover, you can contact our support staff anytime. Again, your privacy and security are first priority.

Question 5: Do you have a free message card with the flowers?

Answer: Yes. During the checkout process, you can type a message at the message card box.

Our flower girls will print your card message, put it in a nice envelope, then attaches the card nicely with your flower bouquet item.

Question 6: Will I be notified after my flower bouquet is to be delivered?

Answer: Yes. Our customer service representatives will email or call you to inform you the delivery progress.

You will also definitely get an e-mail when we receive words our delivery crew that your flower bouquet is delivered.

Question 7: How do I track my order?

Answer: It is very easy.

Just go to our Order tracking page or if you are a Fleur Hong Kong member, you just need to Sign-in to the members area.

Question 8: Do you take pictures of the flower bouquets before deliveries?

Answer: Fleur Hong Kong takes quality assurances extremely seriously. All orders have their photos taken before deliveries are made. Please feel free to contact our customer service for the photo.

Question 9: Can I go to the Fleur Hong Kong workshop to order and get a flower bouquet right away?

Answer: Given that Fleur Hong Kong has a fairly wide variety of items available, it is impossible for Fleur to stock every single floral items in the workshop. Therefore, please order on the Fleur website or iOS app, and we will make deliveries on your designated date and time. You can also pickup at the Fleur Hong Kong Central workshop as well.

All flowers are freshly prepared this way, and it is more ecological with less wastage on floral materials.

Question 10: Can I please have more information on corporate floral and plant subscriptions?

Answer: Sure. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Question 11: Where are the flowers coming from?

Answer: Fleur Hong Kong sources aims to source flowers as close to Hong Kong as possible to reduce carbon footprints. Roses are primarily coming from Kunming, China. Premium American Roses are from South America. Hydrangeas are primarily from Holland. Orchids from Taiwan.

Fleur Hong Kong reduces carbon footprint by using the just-in-time model to prepare floral items, optimizing floral materials by mathematic models and order demand histories from the previous years.
